Mancan is partnering with a leading company in Smithville, Ohio, in search of a skilled Wet Coat Painter to join their team. If you have a background in industrial coating and are dedicated to producing exceptional results, we want to hear from you!

As a Wet Coat Painter, you will play a vital role in applying coatings to industrial products, ensuring a flawless and durable finish. Your expertise in painting techniques and attention to detail will contribute to the overall quality of our products. You will be an integral part of our paint line team, transforming raw materials into finished goods that meet the highest industry standards.

**Responsibilities:**
- Apply wet coat paint finishes to industrial products according to specifications.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools.
- Monitor and adjust application processes to achieve desired results.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary touch-ups or adjustments.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in industrial painting is essential.
- Proficiency in wet coat painting techniques and methods.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow precise instructions and work within established processes.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Working Hours:**
- First Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
