• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning drivers, following up on work results.
• Maintains driving staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training employees, and disciplining employees.
• Create routing sheets for drivers.
• Documents all incidents as it relates to customers, external and internal office staff.
