Position Summary:
The Food Runner/Expeditor ensures accurate, timely delivery of food from the kitchen to dining areas while maintaining presentation standards and seamless communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. This role plays a key part in creating an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to dining areas.
• Ensure all dishes meet presentation and quality standards before service.
• Confirm orders are complete and correct prior to delivery.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, servers, and management.
• Assist in managing ticket times and coordinating food flow during peak service.
• Announce dishes professionally and respond to basic guest needs.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the expo line and service stations.
• Support servers with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
• Uphold the club’s standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
