**IMMEDIATE HIRE – HOME RENOVATION TECHNICIAN – UP TO $25/HR**

Monarch Investment, a top name in multifamily housing, is looking for a Home Renovation Technician in Sandusky, Ohio with strong construction skills to join our growing team. This is a full-time role working 4 ten-hour days (4x10s) — giving you three days off every week and no on-call duties ever!

Pay & Benefits:

• $22 to $25/hour based on experience
• 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday)
• No nights. No weekends. No on-call.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform full apartment/home renovations from start to finish
• Apply strong construction skills: framing, drywall, flooring, carpentry, painting, and tile
• Renovate kitchens and bathrooms: install cabinets, countertops, plumbing, and fixtures
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet renovation goals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site

What You Bring:

• Proven construction or home renovation experience
• Skilled in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and finish work
• Basic plumbing/electrical knowledge
• A strong work ethic and eye for detail
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and safely use tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
