What you will do...

• Provides support for processing contracts and agreements for Chiefs signature

• Performs non-routine administrative & secretarial services for the Chief of the Office of Coastal Management

• Serves as OCM contact for human resources matters (e.g. assists in interviews coordinates and assists in orientation responds to questions from staff etc.) staff etc.

• Performs secretarial tasks (e.g. prepares confidential correspondence &/or reports & maintains confidential files; prepares routine forms and letters)

• Performs clerical duties (e.g. opens logs distributes mail) answers telephones (e.g. channels calls to appropriate parties for response) & greets visitors

• Starting hourly pay of $26.92/hr with multiple pay increases over your first 3.5 years of service with an end salary of $33.35/hr.

• There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after five (5) years of state more details refer to the Exempt pay range schedule & longevity rates Exempt Employees E1 Department of Administrative Services.
