Transactions Analyst / 2nd Shift
• Research performance and resolve technical failures
• Escalate concerns to leadership through data analysis
• Communicate clearly with internal partners and senior management
• Assist in training and guiding team members on transaction processing and best practices
• Gather data and create reports to contribute to business operations
• Research and provide recommendations on performance error investigations, root cause, and resolution
• Contribute to team projects aimed at innovating transaction management processes Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills • 2 years of experience in Operations, including Risk & Control
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of SQL or other programming languages
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Flexible, organized, and adept at project management
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of leadership
• Proven track record in team collaboration, innovation, and training
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Prior experience in Level 1 incident management and BOT monitoring
• Technical qualification/skills preferred
• Familiarity with BOTs and UI Path/Orchestrator
