Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role combines customer interaction with accurate data management. The ideal candidate will provide professional support to customers while maintaining and updating records with a high level of accuracy.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and account information in company systems
Process orders, applications, and service requests
Verify and correct data discrepancies
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Generate reports and documentation as required
Follow company policies regarding confidentiality and data security
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service or data entry experience preferred
Strong typing skills with high accuracy (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CRM or customer management systems
Previous administrative or clerical experience
Bilingual skills (if applicable)
