UKG Techno Functional Consultant
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on Kronos API integration.
UKG Boomi expereince
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement and optimize Kronos API integrations to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Debug and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software development and Kronos systems.
Document software designs, processes, and procedures for future reference.
Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Kronos API Integration.
Boomi experience mandate
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
