Commercial Performance Manager
As the Commercial Performance Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of a field service and sales support (Commercial) organization to guide PPG Refinish USCA's strategic goals. You will report to the Director of Commercial Coatings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other teams to manage change and adoption.
- Create upskilling, communication, and training to clarify roles, responsibilities, and performance measurements.
- Champion a culture of accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop metrics and tools to monitor adoption, measure the effectiveness, and improve processes and customers' line productivity.
- Coordinate with Zones, Strategic Accounts, and Senior Refinish management for understanding.
- Main contact with Direct & Corporate customers, specifically at operational layers.
- Perform line studies with important prospects and develop a formal project outline and path forward in the sales process.
- Put together data for products and investments for proposed customers based online study information.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Strategic Leadership and ability to Act with Long-term Perspective, Collaboration & Build Trust & Respect
- Background in Change Management, Performance Management, Communication & Influence & development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience
