What You'll Do:

• Perform roof inspections and identify storm or age-related damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance and retail replacement process
• Present estimates and sign restoration agreements
• Manage homeowner relationships from inspection through installation
• Work company-provided inbound leads and generate your own opportunities
• Mentor junior sales representatives and support their development
• Represent BCR with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community

What You Bring:

• Sales Degree or 3+ years of proven success in a sales role, especially with inbound lead conversion
• Strong communication, follow-through, and closing skills
• Confidence and discipline to manage your time and pipeline independently
• Experience or ability to guide and mentor others—leadership qualities are key
• Comfortable inspecting roofs (training provided)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Smartphone capable of capturing photos and video

Compensation & Benefits:

• $30,000 Base Salary
• 9% Uncapped Commission on monthly revenue above $40,000
• Estimated annual earnings: $95,000 – $175,000+
• Performance Bonuses

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Saturdays Required

Work Location:

• Hybrid – Field-based across Northeast Ohio (this is not a remote position)
