Land Surveyor, PLS - Senior Manager

Webuild ( ) is actively seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), Senior Project Manager to take an office leadership role within an established and rapidly growing land surveying group that has an existing portfolio of projects in the oil and gas, power, and civil / utility development markets, spanning throughout the Ohio marketplace.

The ideal individual would have 8+ years of experience leading a land survey practice group in a consultative sales environment; developing project opportunities, fostering relationships, preparing proposals, budgets, project schedules, cost estimates, conducting / providing oversight to technical project teams (land surveyors, engineers, field technicians, etc.).

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for heading up the business development efforts of the division and assuring project teams are maintaining technical proficiencies on projects that may include boundary surveys, record plats, easements, construction stakeouts, as-builts, ALTA surveys, and topographical surveys.

Requires a Degree in a Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics or a related field. Must possess Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) registration in the State of Ohio. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as you will be required to convey complex information clearly and effectively to both clients and team members.
