Position Overview
In this role, you will be a key part of our warehouse team, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory using your expertise in SAP. You'll be responsible for tasks that keep our warehouse running efficiently and our customers satisfied.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process inbound shipments: This includes verifying quantities and condition of goods against packing slips and purchase orders, using SAP to log and record incoming inventory.
• Put away inventory: You'll use SAP to determine optimal storage locations and efficiently organize products within the warehouse.
• Pick and pack orders: Using SAP to identify and locate items, you'll carefully pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments according to customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records: Utilize SAP to track inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment: May involve using pallet jacks, canners, and other equipment to move and manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proven experience using SAP in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move moderate weights (up to 50lbs).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Steel toe boots.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $18.00 to $20.00per hour.
• Benefits: Available after 90 days, including health, dental, vision, and ancillary coverage.
• Paid Time Off: Includes paid holidays and PTO.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Mon–Fri).
• Location: Onsite – New Castle, DE.

PPE Requirements:

• Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required.
• Safety vest and additional PPE provided by BWT.
