Production Team Member
Job Qualifications and Responsibilities of Production Team Member
Primary Responsibility:
- Operation of all production equipment (Generator, air compressor, all case furnace, draw furnaces, washer, bluecoat, hardness testers, wire wheel, grinding wheels etc.)
- Packing and Unpacking parts
- Testing of parts for quality checks
- Staging parts in required locations
- Report any malfunctions of equipment to the supervisor or a management representative
- Follow the rack and run schedule for production process
- Fill out information in the traveler after every step
- Record data in CSI
- Test blocks calibration
Secondary Responsibility:
- Maintain cleanliness in the shop
- Communicate with preceding or succeeding shift about any issues that require observation
- Verify recipes on draws and all case from time to time
- Oil furnaces when needed
- Pump oil tank at washer when it is full
Job Qualifications:
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to do physical work
- Minimum knowledge in computers (Data entry.)
- Operate forklift
