Welcome Desk Attendant
Schedule Requirement (Approximately 30 hours/week):
1 Thursday: 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM
2 Friday: 11:45 AM – 5:00 PM
3 Saturday: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM
4 Sunday: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Welcome Desk/Spa Desk Associate to be the
first point of contact for our members. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and
ensuring smooth club operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
2 Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
3 Manage check-ins and maintain visitor logs
4 Provide general information about services, facilities, or events
5 Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry
6 Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Qualifications:
1 High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
2 Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus
3 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4 Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva, Outlook)
5 Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
6 Professional appearance and positive attitude
