Senior Manager and Accounting and Finance

- $160,000 - $215,000 + bonus+ benefits
- Act as the subject-matter expert on ASC 606 revenue recognition,
- Lead inventory accounting
- Build and maintain advanced Excel-based financial models, including fully integrated P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet models.
- Develop bottoms-up revenue, margin, and inventory forecasting models with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Own rolling forecasts, budget models, and long-range planning models.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with a focus on revenue, inventory, and COGS accuracy.
- Partner with external auditors and accounting advisors on complex accounting matters.
- Improve financial processes, controls, and modeling discipline
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, and Legal to ensure financial alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA & CFA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience across technical accounting and financial planning & analysis
- Deep, hands-on expertise in ASC 606 revenue recognition.
- Strong experience with inventory accounting in product, SaaS + hardware, or mixed-revenue environments.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience working directly with auditors.
- Exposure to M&A integration, due diligence, or capital raises.
- Prior systems implementation experience.
