Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a K-12 educational setting located in Washington Court House, OH. This position is ideal for professionals with a passion for enhancing student munication and learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet diverse student requirements.
- Provide direct therapy services through both in-person and teletherapy modalities.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student goals and promote an inclusive environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outes.
- Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Certificate of Clinical petence (CCC).
- Valid Ohio state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills to effectively engage with students and families.
- Proficient with technology and tools required for teletherapy sessions.
