Job Summary
Join our Consumer Bank Marketing Engagement & Communication team as an Associate within the Program Management pillar, where you will have the opportunity to develop and optimize processes and high-visibility programs to increase efficiency, inform business decisions, and drive results.
As an Associate in our Engagement & Communication team, you will thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy end-to-end project and program management. You will lead key initiatives across teams, partnering closely with our Marketing Oversight, Strategy and Campaign Management teams, and internal and external partners. Initiatives will support efforts to introduce increased efficiency, financial management, innovation and other firmwide and departmental priorities. You will have the chance to demonstrate strong project management skills, work collaboratively with many business partners, and thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing work environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project and program management for firmwide and departmental priorities, documenting key processes and developing supportive procedures and communications
- Help manage cross-team working groups, informational sessions and detailed documentation and requirements gathering for implementation of efficiency solutions
- Assist with optimization and maintenance of existing meetings, forums and processes to help align resources to priority initiatives, optimize the customer experience or increase marketer knowledge and efficiency
- Manage scheduling, materials submission and communications for weekly marketer and leadership meetings
- Execute key marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, the centralized marketing claim recertification process, managing timelines, researching and determining necessary documentation and working with partners to obtain approvals
- Partner with Finance to manage money movement, forecast reporting and budget planning for Marketing teams
- Lead projects while maintaining strong organization and focus, adhering to and driving process
- Provide advice and support across teams, helping document and solve complex issues
- Spot and address information gaps, and escalate or resolve complex problems before they become roadblocks
- Manage deliverable expectations and deadlines
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 3+ years experience in a project/program management or initiative execution role
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
- Proactive mindset when problem solving and creating new solutions
- Strong relationship development and negotiating skills; ability to earn respect and trust among internal and external business partners and team members
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on constant improvement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 4-year college degree
