Lead Irrigation Technician – Sprout Landscaping

Job Description-
We’re hiring an experienced Lead Irrigation Technician to handle irrigation installs, repairs, and service work. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows irrigation systems and can run jobs without babysitting.
Responsibilities-
- Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems
- Diagnose and fix wiring, valves, leaks, heads, and pressure issues
- Program and troubleshoot controllers (Hunter, Rain Bird, etc.)
- Perform start-ups, winterizations, and service calls
- Lead and train irrigation crew members
- Communicate with customers and management as needed
- Keep jobs on schedule and done right the first time
Requirements-
- 3+ years irrigation experience (required)
- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Good attendance and work ethic
- Spanish a plus, not required
