BrightStar Care is hiring a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for a bedbound client in Lancaster, Ohio. If you have experience with personal care, ADLs, and home health support, wed love to hear from you. This is a part-time position with consistent weekday hours and the opportunity to make a real difference every day. Job Responsibilities
- Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene care
- Perform bed baths and personal care for a bedbound client
- Assist with repositioning, mobility support, and comfort care
- Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Follow care plans and complete required documentation
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving, home care, or home health experience
- Experience caring for bedbound clients preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
- Ability to work independently in a clients home
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
