Principal SCM Solution Engineer

Job Description

• 5 + years minimum experience in SCM domain and Healthcare industry

• Previous (Pre-Sales) demonstration experience preferred

• Knowledge of Oracle Applications (e.g., SCM Cloud, Agile, EBS, JDE)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independent with short time lines.

• Experience with Cloud architecture and AI

• CPIM or related professional certifications is a plus

• You are located in the Western United States and are able to travel

Responsibilities

As a Principal Solution Engineer, you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Solution Engineers. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Solution Engineers. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $45.43 to $85.63 per hour; from: $94,500 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
