Telebelt Operator - CDL required
Pay Rate: $22–$35 per hour, based on experience, with preference given to candidates with direct Telebelt operating experience.
Custom Concrete is seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Telebelt Operator to join our construction team. This role is responsible for operating a Telebelt truck at job sites, safely positioning and directing the conveyor system to place concrete and materials, and maintaining equipment in compliance with DOT regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and transport a Telebelt truck to and from job sites
- Set up and operate conveyor systems for concrete, rock, and sand placement
- Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report any safety or mechanical issues
- Conduct routine truck maintenance (fueling, lubrication, cleaning)
- Ensure safe operation of overhead boom equipment, including awareness of power lines and site hazards
- Maintain job site safety and support crew adherence to safety requirements
- Communicate effectively with general contractors and job site supervisors
- Complete required documentation including logs, inspections, and incident reports
- Plan travel routes to meet delivery schedules
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Clean driving record with no major violations (DWI, reckless driving, drug violations, leaving the scene, or excessive accidents)
- Telebelt operating experience is strongly preferred
