Production Associate – 1st Shift

Carey, Ohio Area

Starting at $16.85/hr

Schedule : Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Join a hands-on manufacturing team that builds precision and pride into everything we produce. As a Production Associate , you’ll play a key role in operating injection molding equipment and ensuring the smooth flow of production from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor 500–1500-ton injection molding machines

• Set up workflows for optimal performance

• Use various in-process and end-of-line testing equipment and gauges

• Load/unload materials from machines, carts, and dollies

• Verify conformance to specifications and mark parts for identification

• Assist in equipment changeovers to support production

• Complete data recording and documentation tasks

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery

• Follow supervisor directions with a collaborative mindset

• Stand for extended periods and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs

• Contribute to team results by hitting production and quality targets

• Support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) goals

• Take on other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the team
