Vascular Ultrasound Technologist - OHHC
Job Title: Vascular Ultrasound Technologist
Location: Facilities across OH
Pay Rate: $60 – $64/hour (based on experience)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Multiple Shifts Available
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to provide diagnostic imaging of arteries and veins in various clinical settings. The technologist will assess for vascular disease and collaborate closely with vascular surgeons and interventional radiology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform duplex imaging of carotid, abdominal, and peripheral vasculature
• Evaluate for DVT, venous insufficiency, stenosis, and aneurysms
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and patient information
• Operate ultrasound and PACS systems
• Participate in vascular accreditation and quality initiatives
Qualifications
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of recent vascular sonography experience
• Familiarity with ICAVL standards a plus
Education & Certifications:
• Completion of an accredited vascular ultrasound program
• ARDMS (RVT) or CCI (RVS) certification required
• BLS (AHA) – Required
