We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician for a full-time position at a well-maintained apartment community in the Cincinnati, OH area.

Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for a variety of duties, including make-readies, unit turns, and work order completion. Your tasks may involve:

• Electrical and plumbing repairs

• Appliance diagnostics and repair

• Carpentry, drywall, and painting

• General grounds clean-up

• Snow removal during winter months

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of apartment maintenance experience

• Strong customer service skills

• Own basic tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
