In this role, you'll perform necessary repairs, maintenance, and servicing in the FIELDdirectly on customer equipment. Fieldwork Focus: As a Field Service Technician, you'll be out in the field, diagnosing and repairing equipment on-site at customer locations. No day is the same, and you'll work with a wide variety of equipment from CASE and over 80 other equipment and attachment lines. Career Growth: Interested in taking on a leadership role? We offerovertimepaid at time and a half, and aUnionposition in our Dublin, Ohio branch. Union membership will be required. What You'll Do: Field Service Excellence: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on equipment both on company-owned and customer-owned machines in the field. Skill Development: Stay updated on new equipment withcertificationsanddealer trainingto keep you at the forefront of your profession. Hands-On Repair: Use your expertise to repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on a variety of equipment. Work Flexibility: Be ready to work overtime as necessary, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of our customers. Customer Communication: Build positive, professional relationships with customers while on-site to create good will. Safety First: Follow all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment both in the field and at the shop. What You'll Need: Experience: 2-5 years of experience inheavy equipment maintenance, with expertise inhydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and diagnostics. Education: Diesel Technology,Ag Technology,Automotive Technology, orHeavy Equipment Technologydegree, or equivalent experience. Fieldwork Skills: Must have a basic toolset, the ability to work in the field, and a passion for hands-on work. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to75 lbs.and be comfortable with extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and stretching. Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to obtain a CDL is a plus.
