Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Rossford, OH area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), control system, and pneumatic issues
- Conduct welding repairs and mechanical adjustments to machinery or structural components as needed
- Assist with residential painting projects around the facility to maintain safety standards and aesthetic quality
- Monitor spare parts inventory
Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong electrical knowledge including 480v and electrical controls
- Experience with diaphragm and centrifugal pumps
- Strong plumbing knowledge of pvc cpvc and steel
- Knowledge of natural gas burners and convection burners
- Ability to read technical schematics blueprints and mechanical drawings accurately
- Skilled in welding techniques for repairing or fabricating metal components
