Dispatcher – Transportation & Logistics Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily pickups and deliveries
• Optimize routes to ensure on-time and cost-efficient transportation
• Serve as primary contact for drivers and customers
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure DOT and safety compliance
• Prepare reports and support cross-department coordination

Dispatcher – Transportation & Logistics Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch, transportation, or logistics coordination experience required
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Experience using dispatch software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to problem-solve quickly in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
