Finance functional analyst

ERICO International Corporation has an opening for an Infor M3 Finance Functional Analyst out of Solon, Ohio. This position is 100% remote; may work from home.

Job duties include the following: Deploy Infor's M3 Cloud Edition platform globally as part of ERP modernization team. Work with cross-functional business teams on global ERP implementation projects. As process expert, serve as bridge between Infor's M3 functionalities and business processes. Conduct business process reviews and user experience workshops on M3 standard features in M3 Financial Accounting and M3 Financial Controlling modules. Provide in-depth gap analysis documents and functional specifications based on business requirements. Provide additional M3 configurations and /or refine the existing application configurations. Participate in prototyping, testing, and implementation of new M3 functionality to enhance business processes. Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals. Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption and develop a community of experts.

Minimum requirements: Must possess at least a bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Information Technology or a related field and at least 5 years of progressive experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a related role within the IT department of a large multinational company. Must also possess the following: at least 5 years of experience with Full life implementation with ERP platforms including the M3 platform; at least 5 years of experience with Infor M3's Financial Controlling and Accounting modules; at least 5 years of experience translating business requirements into ERP concepts; and demonstrable knowledge or experience with financial processes including product costing, G/L, A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets.
