Architectural construction administrator

Responsibilities

The Collaborative + Acock seeks a person with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support the efforts of the design and technical teams in a successful and timely project execution. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented person able to multitask and deal with issues head-on across multiple projects. The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external team members; review and interpret project documents, coordinate and drive schedule milestones, observe and marshal the job from pre-construction to contract completion, is of utmost importance. This position requires frequent, same-day travel to various local and regional job sites with the occasional overnight stay. 3+ years of relevant job experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years’ experience in the Architectural / Engineering / Construction (AEC) industry
• Proficiency in BIM, ArchiCAD
