Process Engineer
The Process Engineer develops, optimizes, and evaluates manufacturing processes from pilot phase through full-scale production, defining equipment and process requirements, analyzing test data, resolving technical and quality issues, and collaborating with engineering, scientific, and production teams to improve product quality, increase efficiency, and reduce cost across the manufacturing lifecycle.

Your Challenge

Develop and refine manufacturing processes by defining equipment requirements, evaluating processing techniques, analyzing test data, and establishing process limits and specifications (30%).
-
Perform technical analyses related to product design, manufacturing, software, or hardware processes while supporting the development and implementation of new or improved production methods (20%).

Define, interpret, and maintain quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspection to ensure compliance with company, contractual, and technical requirements (15%).

Investigate and resolve technical, manufacturing, and customer issues by analyzing in-process rejections and trends, recommending corrective actions, and providing procedural guidance (20%).

Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to address technical and quality problems while conducting technical surveillance to ensure adherence to product, design, and specification requirements (15%).
What You Bring
-
Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field

4-6+ years of experience in process development, manufacturing engineering, or production optimization

Hands-on experience developing process formulations, defining equipment requirements, and reviewing manufacturing techniques

Strong analytical skills for interpreting test data, defining process parameters, and evaluating technical issues

Knowledge of quality standards, inspection requirements, and corrective action methodologies

Effective communication skills for interfacing with engineering, scientific, customer, and vendor teams

Ability to support projects from pilot phase through full-scale production

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic manufacturing or engineering environment
