TITLE CLERK

We are seeking a full-time Title Clerk to join our administrative team! The Title Clerk is responsible for finalizing all car deals, processing paperwork for banks for funding of all deals, and processing paperwork for titles/registrations for customers. This position pays $15.00/hr and has a monthly bonus. $38,000 - $39,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

· Finalizes all new and used car deals

· Post funding transactions daily

· Track funding issues and follow up with F&I and management

· Meet with management weekly to discuss uncollected funding

· Process paperwork for courtesy deliveries and service loaners

· Post auction and online used vehicle purchases; post floor plan transactions

· Type paperwork for titling

· Process titles through EZtitle or the title bureau

· Send paperwork for license plates or plate transfers

· Process payoff checks and paperwork for trade-in insurance

· Maintain lease tax sheet

· Process and maintain all dealer tags and insurance cards

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational, time management, and inter-personal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
• Keep work area neat and clean
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
