Base Pay Range: $24.50 - $26.44

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your essential job functions will include the following:

Talent Acquisition Coordination

• Deliver the highest quality candidate experience to ensure our candidate engagements are efficient.
• Coordinate and schedule phone, onsite and web-based interviews in support of our recruiters.
• Provide timely communication and counsel to applicants, recruiters, and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive our Operations team forward.
• Provide interview team members with appropriate materials to effectively interview and provide the feedback necessary to recruiters and enable our business partners to make hiring decisions.
• Craft and maintain an interview schedule log ensuring all interviews are efficiently tracked
• Manage the referral award process for internal associates.
• Act as back-up to peers on an as needed basis.

Reporting

• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the recruiting team and our business partners.
• Update recruiting reports and dashboards in Workday.
• Create new and improve existing reporting processes leveraging Workday’s reporting and dashboard capabilities.

Other Duties as Assigned

Position Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; BA degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Excel for analysis purposes).
• Project and social media experience preferred.

Physical Job Requirements

• Continuous viewing from and inputting data to a computer screen.
• Sitting for long periods of time.
• Travel - when necessary, <10%.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing.
