Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technology Remarketing Specialist I to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, organization, and e-commerce. The successful candidate will play a vital role in preparing technology assets for resale and supporting our sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Technology Preparation & Assessment (80%)
- Test and evaluate printers, desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment
- Identify and document make, model, and hardware configurations
- Clean, prep, and categorize items based on condition: new, refurbished, used, or for parts
- Ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards before listing
- Organize and maintain inventory in a structured and accessible manner
- Sales & Sales Support (20%)
- Create listings for single or small-quantity items on eBay and other platforms
- Review aged inventory and identify opportunities for wholesale or bulk sales
- Assist senior sales staff with data entry, pricing updates, and product descriptions
- Monitor online listings for accuracy and performance
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree in a computer technology discipline preferred
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with eBay or other online marketplaces preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and inventory management tools
Physical Requirements:
- Daily lifting up to 50lbs.
- Daily operating a computer for over 60 minutes at a time.
- Constant standing, walking, lifting and handling products.

Our facility will erase all data to Department of Defense standards and provide reverse logistics to the client as to whether their devices can be repurposed, recycled, or disposed of properly.
