Senior Sales Manager (video surveillance, security solutions)

Role Description

  • Oversee and drive sales activities, enhance client relationships, and develop strategic plans to expand the company's global presence
  • Manage sales teams, identifying potential clients, building and maintaining robust distribution channels, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue growth targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers

Qualifications

  • Proven 5+ years experience in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • Relevant B2B sales experience with technology products, especially video surveillance, security solutions, or related fields
  • Experience with working in international markets and managing global partnerships is desirable
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are an asset
  • Proficiency in English
  • Native French, Spanish, German, or Italian
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings, events, and partner collaborations
