JOB SUMMARY

The Retirement Services Team within the Client Service Network provides IRA and retirement account support to Client financial advisors and branch employees. The team addresses inquiries related to retirement accounts, products, contributions, distributions, and retirement tax. This role involves delivering exceptional service, utilizing internal and external resources, following established procedures, and meeting department service goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain effective relationships to deliver world-class client service.
• Handle incoming phone calls from financial advisors and branch employees regarding Retirement Services.
• Utilize internal and external resources and tools to provide accurate information and resolve issues.
• Route processing requests to appropriate teams and escalate inquiries as needed.
• Follow established procedures to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
• Meet team and department service goals as set by Client management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of financial industry experience.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent written, oral, and listening communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ability to recognize and diffuse potential issues or difficult interactions.
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to various situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with retirement products.
• Current or past Series 7 license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred if not already required.

Certifications

None required; Series 7 preferred.
