A typical day might include:

• Creating an enthusiastic and energetic environment
• Ensuring safe and effective use of equipment
• Leading and coaching group classes
• Building relationships with members
• Answering members' questions
• Developing outreach programs

This job might be for you if:

• You like interacting with people and can lead a group or have 1:1 conversations
• You have your Level 1 CrossFit certification or higher (preferred)
• You have a passion for long-term health and wellness in a client's journey
