Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Cleveland, OH is seeking qualified professionals to serve as School Nurses across three different educational levels: elementary (covering 3 buildings), middle school, and high school. This contract position spans the full school year (NSY) and offers the opportunity to contribute to the health and well-being of students in dynamic school environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and health assessments to students according to school policies and state regulations.
• Manage health records, administer medications, and respond to emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to develop individualized health plans.
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community.
• Ensure compliance with Ohio Department of Education pupil services guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree or nursing certificate is required.
• Must possess one of the following licensures or endorsements:
  • Ohio Department of Education pupil services license
  • 1-year temporary school nurse license
  • 5-year professional school nurse license
  • School nurse wellness coordinator endorsement
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary school team.
