Software Developer- C#/.Net
Job Summary
Join our development team as a Software Developer and help ensure our products meet the highest standards. You will write and maintain code in our platform utilizing our full stack. You will be responsible for creating new functionality, enhancing existing features and correcting defects.
- Develop secure, full-stack, customer-facing web applications and APIs.
- Maintain existing code and write new code from specifications.
- Participate in development meetings and address the challenges at hand.
- Establish and commit to development timelines and regular progress reporting.
- Document and unit test code.
- Make use of DevOps tools for source code control.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your fellow developers to build and enhance all applications.
- Read, understand, and update technical specifications during the development process to fulfill all requirements and deliver quality code.
- Participate in design and development meetings as needed to discuss work planning, new features, testing, and code delivery.
Required Knowledge on tools
- Experience developing web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack:
- Microsoft .NET Framework, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server
- Entity Framework, MVC, HTML, CSS
- Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON
- Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Git
- Solid grasp of relational database concepts and best practices using SQL Server
- Fundamental understanding of web application security and countermeasures
- Fundamental understanding of regulatory compliance practices, including HIPAA/HITECH
Required Education, Credentials and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or engineering, or commensurate experience in the industry.
