Project Coordinator (Construction | Closeout & Documentation)

We are seeking a Construction Administrator / Project Coordinator to support project teams during the final phase of construction (closeout). This role is heavily focused on documentation, coordination, and follow-up to ensure projects are fully completed and turned over properly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, tracking details, and working closely with project teams to bring everything across the finish line.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and closeout materials
Compile and track closeout documentation such as as-builts and project records
Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather required documentation
Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely project completion
Maintain accurate records within Procore and internal systems
Support multiple projects simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in construction coordination, project support, or document control
Experience with submittals, RFIs, or project documentation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable following up and communicating with multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Procore experience is a plus
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
