• Optimize and Audit: Utilize advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to audit components for delivery routes, systematically identifying and correcting discrepancies to ensure seamless inventory flow.
• Coordinate and Dispatch: Spearhead driver activity at the dock, managing the timely receipt and dispatch of outbound and inbound loads.

• Uphold Data Integrity: Maintain an exceptionally organized filing system, ensuring the absolute completeness and compliance of all shipping documentation.

What You Bring to the Team We focus on your functional expertise and commitment to quality:

• 2 years of professional office experience paired with 1 year of dedicated customer service.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); AS400 experience is highly valued.

• High attention to detail and a track record of reliable, consistent attendance.
