Woodhaven Residential Treatment Facility is seeking licensed addiction counselors to provide outpatient clinical services on a fee-for-service basis. This role is ideal for counselors who prefer schedule flexibility, are building a private caseload, or want to supplement their existing work. Whether you're newly licensed or an experienced clinician, we welcome your expertise and passion.

• Key Details

Independent Contractor (1099 status)

Flexible schedule: Choose your availability

Provide individual and/or group sessions for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders

Work on-site at our Lebanon, OH outpatient clinic

Must maintain your own liability insurance

• Requirements

Active Ohio licensure: LCDCII, LCDCIII, LSW, LPC, LPCC, LICDC, LISW, or LPCC-S, etc.

Experience with addiction counseling or mental health treatment preferred

Ability to document in electronic health records (EHR)

Strong communication and time management skills

Must maintain appropriate professional liability insurance

CPR Certification required (Company Sponsored if needed)
