As a **Security Officer - CRE Patrol Team** in **Cincinnati, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment for tenants and visitors. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response protocols as required.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting individuals and coordinating with appropriate personnel as necessary.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and surrounding perimeter areas.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns, documenting findings and communicating with Allied Universal management and client representatives as needed.
+ Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity within the commercial real estate environment by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.
+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and other designated areas as instructed.
+ Remain alert to environmental hazards and promptly report any issues according to site protocols.
+ Participate in site-specific training and maintain awareness of updates to policies and procedures relevant to the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Six months or more of security-related experience is preferred.
+ Current CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
+ A valid guard card or security-related license is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
