We are seeking career-minded professional Flooring Consultants for our Cincinnati and Dayton area showrooms. The ideal candidate will help our customers make the right floorcovering choices to meet their lifestyles. Our commitment to provide you with ongoing training will allow you to enjoy a reputation as a leading professional in this industry.

What You Must Bring:

· Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships easily and work effectively with customers and internal operations support departments

· A commitment to exceeding the customer service expectations of every McSwain Retail customer

· An ability to manage multiple activities in an efficient and accurate manner

· A dedication to personal and business integrity and honesty

Position Requirements:

· Excellent coordination and communication skills

· Excellent selling initiative and drive; ability to service multiple accounts and various types of customers

· Previous sales experience is preferred

· Adequate knowledge of computer software and technology (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and mobile devices)

· Ability to handle multiple activities and respond with urgency as required

· Ability to work with customers in a calm, efficient manner

· Ability to assess and capitalize on opportunities in the marketplace
