Responsibilities
- Circulate and scrub across multiple service lines, including General, GYN, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Thoracic, and Robotics.
- Maintain sterile technique, perform instrument counts, and uphold patient safety throughout perioperative care.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team to ensure efficient case flow and resource availability.
- Assist with positioning, documentation in the electronic health record, and equipment readiness before, during, and after procedures.
- Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements; promptly report any concerns.

Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) only
- Minimum 2 years OR experience
- CNOR preferred; Level I trauma experience preferred
- Ability to circulate and scrub across multiple service lines; ability to lift up to 250 lbs with assistance
- Proficiency with hospital systems such as Epic, and with Pyxis, Vocera, and Outlook is desirable
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout the day
