Do you enjoy working with automated equipment and being part of a team that helps bring quality food to tables across the country? We're looking for a Packaging Machine Operator to help keep our pasta production running smoothly and efficiently. At our pasta manufacturing facility, you'll be part of a team dedicated to producing products families enjoy every day. ### What You'll Do As a Packaging Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in the final stage of our manufacturing process by ensuring pasta products are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently. **Responsibilities include:** * Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment and production lines * Perform machine set-ups, adjustments, and changeovers for different products and package sizes * Inspect packaged products to ensure quality, coding accuracy, and proper sealing * Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate larger concerns as needed * Conduct routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance tasks * Accurately complete production and quality documentation * Follow all food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety requirements * Keep the work area clean and organized to support sanitation standards * Work closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams to maximize line performance ### What We're Looking For * High school diploma or GED preferred * Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred * Experience in food manufacturing is a plus * Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods ### Why Join Us? * Competative pay: $22.47 per hour with $1.50 per hour shift differential for working the night shift. * Flexible 2/2/3 schedule with 12 hour shifts * Health, dental and vision insurance * 401k with up to 6% match * Paid life insurance * Tuition Reimbursement * Wellness Reimbursement * and much more **Ready to help package quality pasta products enjoyed around the world?
