Position Type: Full Time
Job Location: Fairfield, OH Compensation: $20.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays, and health benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Life Insurance Schedule: Monday--Friday, day shift (with occasional overtime as needed)Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
- Inspect products for defects and maintain precise inventory records
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (reading and speaking)
- Forklift experience preferred; onsite retraining provided for our equipment and documentation
- Ability to lift, move, and stack products throughout the shift
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems a plus
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
