Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $21.93/hour

About the Role

SkySource Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Account Partner (CAP) to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for a defined customer portfolio—ensuring exceptional service, building strong relationships, and supporting our mission of delivering best‐in‐class customer experiences.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys problem‐solving, and is eager to grow within the chemical distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day‐to‐day customer interactions and oversee order activity
• Build, strengthen, and maintain long‐term customer relationships
• Serve as the voice of the customer while representing company products and services
• Make informed decisions aligned with financial goals and customer satisfaction standards
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and code of conduct
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ongoing learning within the organization

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience with a dedicated customer portfolio
• 3+ years of B2B service management experience with a proven track record of relationship building
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
• Background in distribution and/or the chemical industry is highly desirable
