Senior Manager, Technical Program Management - OCI Platform Engineering
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a next-generation cloud platform engineered to deliver performance, security, and scalability for enterprise workloads. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Technical Program Management (TPM) to lead critical platform initiatives. This leader will oversee programs spanning commerce, lifecycle operations, billing, resource management, and beyond. You'll empower a growing team of TPMs, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive strategic delivery across OCI's dynamic global environment.

This team is targeting candidates in the U.S. who can work ONSITE in Nashville-TN (priority) or Austin-TX (secondary). Relocation Assistance provided. (This is not a remote position).

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversight for technical program management supporting OCI Platform priorities including commerce, billing, lifecycle management, metering, pricing, and resource reclamation.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of TPMs; drive hiring, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing professional development.

Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and data-driven team culture; champion best practices in project execution and communication.

Engage in technical discussions with internal engineering teams and enterprise customers to pinpoint and solve platform challenges.

Collaborate across engineering, product management, architecture, support, and operations teams to deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs.

Proactively address potential risks and issues by ensuring programs have clear objectives, ownership structures, and measurable outcomes.

Leverage feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous process and quality improvements within the organization.

Serve as a key escalation and resolution point for critical program or product issues, advocating for customer needs at all stages.

Represent OCI Platform programs in executive updates, partner engagements, and cross-organization forums.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
10+ years of technical program management experience with a focus on large-scale enterprise, platform, or cloud technology initiatives.

5+ years of experience in a people-management role, including hiring, developing, and mentoring technical/program management professionals.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical field-or equivalent experience.

Proven expertise in driving cross-functional, geographically distributed programs involving complex technical integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with major public cloud providers (OCI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deep understanding of cloud platform services and architectures.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and translate engineering initiatives to business stakeholders.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $118,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
