Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position with attractive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. While we aim for weekly home time, there may be cases of 2-week periods. Your schedule will run Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet includes well-maintained trucks that are no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily made up of automotive loads for effective operations.

Pay and Miles: You can expect to earn an average weekly income of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 depending on your hiring location, with a weekly mileage of 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can log up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance will begin on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may be eligible for dedicated accounts.
