• Manage and meet vendor SLAs and escalations, orchestrating your workflow to hit crucial deadlines.

• Prioritize the seamless execution of item set-up, maintenance, and systematic ordering.

• Make educated, data-driven decisions on product attributes and classification, optimizing speed and quality.

• Apply retail math principles to product setup and Purchase Order (PO) management.

• Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams and vendors, providing expert guidance on item data and setup.

• Identify and communicate process efficiencies, driving continuous improvement across the team.

Your Foundation for Success We are looking for individuals who align with our values. Essential qualifications include:

• 2+ years of Administrative or Sales Suport with the demonstrated ability to balance productivity with meticulous accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook.
